In Betrieb sind meist private Schienenbahnen, die ein Unternehmen haupts\u00e4chlich f\u00fcr eigene Zwecke betreibt. Sie \u00fcberbr\u00fccken den Verkehr vom Unternehmen hin zu \u00f6ffentlichen Haupt- und Nebenbahnen.<\/p>\n<p>Zwei Drittel des gesamten Transportvolumens auf der Schiene werden \u00fcber Anschlussbahnen abgewickelt: 78,4 von 118,8 Millionen Nettotonnen (2017).<\/p>\n<p>Im Vergleich zum Vorjahr hat sich der Anteil der Anschlussbahnen am Transportvolumen von 61,47 Prozent auf 65,99 Prozent erh\u00f6ht.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-732\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/railwayportal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Anteil-Anschlussbahnen-transportvolumen.png?resize=264%2C300&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"264\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/railwayportal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Anteil-Anschlussbahnen-transportvolumen.png?resize=264%2C300&amp;ssl=1 264w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/railwayportal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Anteil-Anschlussbahnen-transportvolumen.png?w=350&amp;ssl=1 350w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 264px) 100vw, 264px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Auch die Anzahl der beigestellten G\u00fcterwagen stieg von 1,26 Millionen (2016) auf 1,31 Millionen (2017) an.
